IMPORTANT: To avoid delays and errors include Item number and description, ship date, and if ordering calendars include start month, year and style pad.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All orders are acknowledged by fax or email

CONFIRMING ORDERS: When orders are placed or faxed in, the distributor will be liable for duplication on orders not clearly marked "confirming"

TELEPHONE AND HANDWRITTEN ORDERS: We will process but cannot assume responsibility for errors on handwritten or phone orders, including fax orders with illegible copy.

RETURNS: Will be accepted unless authorized in advance by factory in writing. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and must be received back in resellable condition.

TERMS: All prices printed herein are list prices, based on U.S. funds, at point of shipment-subject to change without notice prior to acceptance. All catalogs, price lists, trade discounts, brochures and other material sent to you are advertisements by us. Purchase orders submitted to us

shall not be binding until accepted by us, either in writing at the factory or by shipment of goods.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. The possible exceptions tot his are: Large orders, custom orders, stock availability and orders received in October and November

SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $6.00 (v) per shipment

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Submit necessary forms. Charges may apply.

CLAIMS: The factory has not control after shipment has been give tot he carrier. All claims (damage, delay or loss) must be filed within 10 day by purchase with delivery company.

SHIPPING METHOD: "Best Way" unless otherwise specified. Federal Express is normally used.
